PCS (Permanent Change of Station)
PCS is a military term meaning a transfer to a new location, not a temporary reassignment (TDY).
I highly recommend an attached laser-carved plaque. This makes the flag personal and costs just a little more. The plaque has raised letters, giving it a nice touch.
