A Beautiful Flag is a Vietnam Veteran and family-owned business committed to your complete satisfaction. Every handcrafted wooden American flag is made with care, and we stand behind our workmanship.
How Returns Work
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return the item within 25 days of your refund request.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Personalized and custom-designed wooden flags are handcrafted specifically for each customer. If your custom order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by A Beautiful Flag, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. If you have any concerns about your custom order, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
