Contact us by either phone or email within 30 days of delivery. If beyond 30 days, we will not refund your purchase.
You will need to ship your flag back to us at your own expense, and we must receive it within 25 days of your initial request for a refund. Once we receive your flag, we will send you a full refund via check.

Shipment Damage
Contact us at 479.616.6000 within five days of receiving your flag and immediately email or text us pictures showing the damage.
We will replace your flag at no cost to you. You DO NOT need to ship it back to us.
